Responsible for developing, testing and implementing portion of or components of internal or external innovation lab prototypes and applications as part of a team environment which may include other team resources in different offices and remote locations. Responsible for developing expertise in one or more technology, business processes or functions.

Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Code, test, identify, implement and document technology solutions to business challenges

  • Perform some design and analysis for individual deliverables and participate in larger team design sessions

  • Quickly learn and adapt to new technology needs and requirements

  • Research and stay current on best practices in the technology industry as well as emerging technology

  • May provide recommendations towards environment simplification, efficiency of business and technology, rapid prototyping and innovation labs.

  • Innovative and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field. Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship.

Preferred Qualification

Microsoft Visual Studio and/or Eclipse/Rational IDE experience or Similar IDE; Java/JEE and/or .NET Development Skills(C#) or Similar Programming Language; Very strong programming knowledge and ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology needs.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment

  • Internship will be full time during Summer 2017 with potential to continue part-time during the Fall based on business needs
