IBM Security Client Experience Internship in AUSTIN, Texas

Job Description

IBM Security is looking for a Client Experience intern to work closely with senior client success leaders to drive effective business communication across the organization to promote client advocacy. The successful candidate will possess strong communications skills and be data-driven. This internship provides the right candidate with an opportunity to work independently and as part of a global team. The intern will gain experience across a variety of disciplines, including executive communications support, multimedia content creation, data analytics, content creation, client satisfaction and cyber security. Typical assignments will include producing and publishing written content, designing executive level presentations and analyzing customer data in order to identify trends and make recommendations. The successful candidate should also be a self-starter with a passion for innovation and an interested in cyber security.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proficient in Power Point and Excel

  • HTML and web design experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-starter

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Pursuing degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, Management Information Systems or similar disciplines
