Headquartered in Plano, Texas, asTech™ is a leading provider of diagnostic solutions and services to the collision repair industry. asTech™, which stands for automotive service Technicians, is the first company of its kind to specialize in servicing vehicle electronics. The Company provides remote and in-shop automotive electronic services using its patented asTech™ device, performed by ASE-Certified Master Technicians.
Primary Purpose of the Position
Position will provide employment to current students! Support multiple projects and give general administrative support to department assigned.
Work with other asTech development team members on specific projects and research to help multiple departments.

Current student seeking 3-6 weeks of employment

Reports to: Department Manager of Assignment
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
FLSA Status: This position is non-exempt.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
